Trade NSE & BSE with machine-learned signals.
Nithi Trade evaluates the market every minute, generates disciplined buy/sell signals, and explains every executed trade in plain English. Paper-trade first, always. Live trading is gated on a 30-day validation window and admin approval.
No credit card. No live capital. ₹10,00,000 simulated to start.
How it works
The engine decides. You get the why. You stay in control.
Three stages, one execution path. Paper trades use the same code as live — only the order destination differs.
The model decides
A proprietary signal engine evaluates price action, market technicals, and news-driven sentiment every minute. Output: a buy / sell / hold call with a confidence score the strategies act on.
Strategies translate
Each strategy turns raw signals into orders using its own rules — confidence floors, position sizing, stop-loss / take-profit, max concurrent positions. You stay in control of the knobs.
You get the why
Every executed trade arrives with a one-line natural-language explanation — what the engine saw, why it leaned this way, and what would invalidate the thesis.
Built-in strategies
Three strategies. One platform. No code required.
Enable a strategy with one toggle. Adjust min-capital, max-position, and confidence threshold from the dashboard.

Why paper-first
Paper trading is not a free trial — it's the validation gate.
Most algo platforms ship paper P&L that looks great and live results that don't match. We don't think that's honest.
Every account at Nithi Trade starts in paper mode and stays there until both you are confident and we see 30 days of working performance. Same code path, same fills logic, modelled slippage — what you see in paper is the floor of what live can be, not the ceiling.
The execution path is identical. Only the order destination differs.
Paper fills include a slippage tax — paper P&L doesn't lie about real fills.
Live trading is off by default. Per-user flip, after KYC, broker link, and review.
Every admin action, every strategy change, every trade — written to an append-only audit log.

FAQ
Honest answers to common questions.
Is my money at risk in paper mode?
No. Paper mode places no broker order. Paper capital is a database number — it makes the simulation meaningful, not real funds.
Which broker do you connect to?
Zerodha Kite Connect, for live mode. Paper mode requires no broker link — we use Kite's public market data feed.
When does live trading open up?
After the 30-day platform-wide paper validation. Even then, every user needs email + KYC verification, a linked Kite account, and an admin to flip live_trading_enabled on their account.
What strategies are included?
Three at launch — Intraday Breakout, Swing Mean Reversion, Long-term Trend. Parameters (capital, position size, confidence floor) are adjustable. Custom code-defined strategies are out of scope for Phase 1.
How does the decision engine work?
A proprietary signal engine, retrained nightly on the latest market data, evaluates price action, market technicals, and news-driven sentiment. For each instrument every minute it produces a buy / sell / hold call with a confidence score that the strategies act on. The exact features and model family are part of our edge and not disclosed publicly.
What's the difference between predictions and trades?
A prediction is the engine's per-minute call on one instrument: buy / sell / hold plus a confidence score. A trade is what happens when a prediction is confident enough AND actionable (buy or sell) AND survives the risk gate (live trading enabled, daily-loss cap, position-size cap, cash available, no expired contract). On a typical day thousands of predictions produce well under a dozen trades. Your dashboard shows both counts so you can see the engine thinking even when it's holding fire.
How often does the platform trade?
Conservative by design — typically 4–10 paper trades per user per day, concentrated around opens and clear breakouts. The model evaluates every instrument in its universe every minute (~50 per minute, ~15,000 per market day) but only acts when confidence crosses the strategy threshold AND the decision is buy or sell. Most predictions are "hold" — the honest answer when nothing decisive is happening. On flat days you may see zero auto-trades. That's the system being disciplined, not failing.
Are you SEBI-registered?
We are not currently a registered investment advisor. Nithi Trade is a research and execution tool — it provides signals and (post-validation) executes orders on your behalf via your own Kite account. Nothing on the platform is investment advice.
What happens to my data?
Stored in our PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB on a private VPS. KYC documents are encrypted at rest. We don't sell or share user data. You can request export or deletion from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — paper is free forever, no obligation. Live subscriptions are monthly and cancelable from Settings. Your trade history stays with you.
