Refunds Policy

1. Paper trading is always free

There is nothing to refund for paper trading — it is included at no cost in every plan, including the permanent Free tier.

2. Subscription refunds — 7-day window

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if the Platform did not work as described. Email support@nithi.co.in with your registered email address and a brief description of the issue.

3. After the 7-day window

Beyond 7 days, charges are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancelling stops future charges; see our Cancellation Policy.

4. Pro-ration

If you upgrade plans mid-cycle, you are charged a pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle (no pro-rated refund).

5. Exceptions

We will issue full refunds outside the 7-day window if:

  • You were charged due to a billing error on our side;
  • A duplicate charge occurred;
  • The Platform experienced a documented outage exceeding 8 consecutive market hours during your billing period (pro-rated credit at our discretion).

6. Trading losses are not refundable

Refunds cover subscription fees only. Trading losses, paper or live, are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for trading decisions made on the Platform.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Razorpay may take additional time to credit your bank statement.
