Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel any time, no fee
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access to paid features until then, then automatically drop to the Free tier.
2. What happens to your data
- Trade history remains accessible on the Free tier indefinitely.
- Enabled strategies are paused; you can re-enable them by re-subscribing.
- Open positions stay open — the engine simply stops opening new ones. Close them manually from the Positions page or wait for end-of-day square-off (for intraday strategies).
- Watchlists, settings, KYC all preserved.
3. Full account closure
If you want to delete your account entirely (not just cancel the subscription), email support@nithi.co.in. We will:
- Cancel any active subscription;
- Close all open positions (at the next available tick price);
- Remove your personal data within 30 days;
- Retain financial records (trades, payments) for 7 years as required by the Indian Income Tax Act.
4. Re-activation
You can re-subscribe at any time using the same account. Settings and history are restored automatically.
5. Refunds
Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period. See our Refunds Policy for refund eligibility.
