Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-23
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nithi Trade (the "Platform"), operated from India. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The Platform
Nithi Trade is an algorithmic trading and execution tool for Indian equity and derivative markets (NSE and BSE). The Platform connects to your own Zerodha Kite Connect account (where applicable) to view market data and place orders. The Platform itself is not a broker, does not custody funds, and does not provide investment advice.
2. Paper trading vs live trading
All new accounts start in paper-trading mode, in which no real orders are placed and no real capital is at risk. Live trading is opt-in, gated by KYC verification, a linked Zerodha account, and admin approval following a platform-wide validation window. Once live trading is enabled, all orders, fills, profits, and losses are real and your sole responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Are a resident of India and legally permitted to trade in Indian securities;
- Provide accurate, current registration information;
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Not investment advice
Trade signals, news digests, model explanations, and any other content produced by the Platform are informational only. They are not, and must not be construed as, investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Nithi Trade is not registered as an investment advisor with SEBI. All trading decisions are yours alone. Past performance — paper or live — does not guarantee future results.
5. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. See our Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy for the terms governing both.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our model weights or trade signals;
- Use the Platform to manipulate markets or violate any applicable law;
- Share, resell, or redistribute paid features to third parties;
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nithi Trade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period (₹0 for paper users).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or a court / regulatory order. You may close your account at any time from Settings; doing so cancels paid subscriptions at the end of the current billing cycle.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
