Nithi understand the importance of delivering your products on time. And, we have the  most trusted courier partners to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.




We aim to ship your products within 7 working days, however with the current COVID situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery time, please call us on +91 9993 922 933, 040-29368081 from Monday-Saturday 10AM to 6PM (Excluding public holidays) or write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your order by clicking track order in the home page on our website.

During the time of delivery of your order If no one is at residence/office to receive the order, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.


NOTE: During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.


Kindly note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and we are tend to cancel your order due to incorrect address or contact details given by the customer or for any reason. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel your order.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If  your order is cancelled after your card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your same card account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Nithi and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
