Products on sale, purchased with a coupon & accessories are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

CANCEL / EXCHANGE AND REFUND

• As per our company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once it is sold. Once our products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement of size i.e bigger or smaller (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Once you place an order on our website , All products are quality checked before handing over to our logistic partner, therefore there will be no damage related issues. For sarees and accessories there is no return and no exchange.

• If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, kindly write to us at support@nithi.co.in or call/reach us on whatsapp 9993 922 933 to request for size exchange within 5 working days from the delivery of the product. Exchange will be not applicable after 5 working days.  Once your previous product pick up is done we will proceed with your new product for size exchange.

• You may exchange item purchased from Nithi that is unused, unworn, unwashed in new condition or undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for size exchange.

• Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

• We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

• Customer gets a refund, only when the desired size of the exchanged product is not in stock. Refund is initiated once the given product is received back to us.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of placing the order, after the given time limit you are not eligible to cancel the order.
